- 1/2 cup Brown sugar
- 1/2 cup White sugar
- 1/2 cup Softened, unsalted butter
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. Baking soda
- 1 1/4 cup Flour
- 1 1/4 cup Oats
- 1 cup Dried cranberries
- 1 cup Toasted coconut
- 1 cup White chocolate, chopped or chips
Directions
- In a mixer, beat butter and sugars til smooth
- Mix in eggs and vanilla
- In a separate bowl whisk together flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda
- Add oats, cranberies, coconut and white chocolate
- Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes! Don't let them get too done, they are better when they are soft!
