Cranberry Oatmeal and White Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup White sugar
  • 1/2 cup Softened, unsalted butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Baking soda
  • 1 1/4 cup Flour
  • 1 1/4 cup Oats
  • 1 cup Dried cranberries
  • 1 cup Toasted coconut
  • 1 cup White chocolate, chopped or chips
Directions
  1. In a mixer, beat butter and sugars til smooth
  2. Mix in eggs and vanilla
  3. In a separate bowl whisk together flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda
  4. Add oats, cranberies, coconut and white chocolate
  5. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes! Don't let them get too done, they are better when they are soft!
